We are InfiniteLoop, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Staff Delivery Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion

- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
