We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Senior Technical Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals

- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
