We are RedShiftAI, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Lead Visual Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications

- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
