We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
